昌晖仪表制造有限公司在本文介绍进口铠装热电偶和国产铠装热电偶结构和性能特点,对用户深入了解铠装热电偶测温和应用大有帮助,也可以作为技术培训的专业资料。

铠装热电偶电缆的型号、代号及分度号可参阅"铠装热电偶选型",铠装热电偶电缆结构尺寸如图1所示,它的外径(D)及公差、保护管名义壁厚(S)和偶丝名义直径(C)以及绝缘层厚度(t)应符合表1规定。

铠装热电偶的测量端有露端型、接壳型、绝缘型及分离式绝缘型等四种,它们的特点见表2.另外,为满足特殊场合的需要,还有圆变截面型、扁变截面型(图2)。在通常情况下多采用绝缘型,只有在要求高速响应或处于非腐蚀性气体中才用露端型。铠装热电偶还有多点结构,如图3所示
